How can I book with Limousine Service?

How can a reservation be canceled?

Until 24 hours before the booking cancellation is free of charge. For cancellations of bookings in case of events up to 10 days before the event, it is free.

Where can i take the invoice?

The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail on the date you have designated for booking of our service. Then you can withdraw the original copy of it any time in our offices.

Can I pay by credit card?

For the moment we do not offer this payment method. Payment for the service can be made by bank transfer or cash.

I have very large baggage, is it allowed to put it on the seats inside the car?

No, it is not allowed as baggage can damage or tear off the car’s tapestry.

If a plane is late, do I have to pay for hours of waiting by the driver?

For delays up to 45 minutes you will not be charged.

I missed something in your vehicle, how can I get it?

Please verify that you have received with maximum liability your items before you leave the car. You can call our office at telephone number 0035542222555. If the driver finds the lost item, then we will contact you immediately and will bring to a destination selected by you against a fee. We are not responsible for any loss of your personal items.
